Roots - Knokke-heist

Only store in knuckle that has so many vegan options! A very extensive coffee card. All the days fresh vegan salad and their dessert is in the largest vegan. A lot of vegan options for breakfast, too.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a café offering a wide variety of vegan options in Knokke. This is not the only one in the area! The food was delicious, although a bit pricey. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed to find that they do not offer reusable plates and cups, even for dining in.

Different tasty vegan pastries a latte and iced coffees with plant milk to choose. Have little vegan lunch options, too.

There are not many vegan options available on the coast in Belgium, so I was pleased to find that Roots has a few! The interior is cozy and they also offer outdoor seating. The staff is friendly. I didn't get to try much because I was short on time, but I did have the ginger lemonade, which was delicious.

Superb kitchen with selected ingredients and very well presented. Excellent and hearty meals, attentive and friendly atmosphere. Very good prices. The French language is not necessarily well spoken, but my Dutch being null, we were almost equal!! The good mood and kindness of the staff has arranged everything. Thank you for this good time.
