I have ordered more than a few times in person. each of my experiences was very positiw in every sight. I enjoy the quality of food and it is very comparable to some processed nutritional worth meal, in price. Except they enjoy the food and taste of the great Italian diner quality with amazing service. Besides note... that deep dish is worth the price, hearty and supreme taste.

The owner is rude, the service is terrible, and the food is disappointing.

The new establishment really needs to understand that this place is terrible. I ordered delivery, and everything arrived cold and soggy! I've given this place three or more chances, and every time it gets worse than before. No more overpriced garbage for me!

I had a terrible experience with the service. I ordered my meal at 4:15 PM, and they told me it would be ready by 5 PM. I arrived at 4:55 PM, but they informed me it would take another 5 to 10 minutes. I ended up receiving my food only after 6 PM. This was the worst service I have ever encountered.
