Applebee's Grill - Knoxville

We usually go to the Applebee's in Oak Ridge because their service is amazing! But we came here because we were close... In the past we've had bad experiences here but this time it was wonderful!! Our service was great, food was awesome and the drinks were lit! Great job Applebees, I was impressed!Food: 5/5

We got there as soon as they opened for lunch. Got seated quickly, order taken and food received, all quickly. I ordered the buffalo chicken (boneless) and was pleased with the portion size. They tasted good, too. The server was attentive to our drinks and did a great job. I've eaten at Applebee's many times but if this was my first, I'd definitely go back based on this experience.

I ordered an it wasn't ready the people (staff) where nice but my food was cold an they told me it wasn't even ready so how was it all cold... $27 for nothin an I gta go home an warm my own food up...

We've ate here for years and have never had a bad experience. The food is always great, and the greeters are nice. It's clean, and welcoming. The bar is awesome, and it's a great for enjoying some games.

I ordered 4 boneless wings to go my total was $42, witch is really outrageous because all other Applebee's have this same appetizer for $5.99 during happy hour. Then I get home see that each order only had 5 or 6 pieces. Whenever we order inside there are at least 10 usually more, so what is really going on?? Then 1 order was buffalo instead of BBQ. This is only the 2nd time I've used this location both times proved to be a mistake! I mean if I pay for something all I want is what I paid for, but apparently they don't realize that the people that keep the restaurant running is us!! (customers) very disappointed
