Back Yard Burgers - Knoxville

Terrible service. I went through the drive-thru and was the only customer in line at that moment. I placed an order for myself and my coworkers, which was just five basic cheeseburgers in total. I was told multiple times, both before and after my order, that it was too large for the drive-thru and that I was "holding up the line." I apologize if other cars came in behind me, but I ordered as quickly as I could. I only have a 30-minute lunch break and we used to enjoy coming here, but I was so disappointed that we won't be returning.

Existing Google photos showed the general experience. I enjoyed the fresh red onion and blue cheese crumbles on the burger. The fries are way better than McDonald's. Good patriotism on the windows with an American flag. It was also run by older people?! I hope the best for these old cats.

You all should go here. It?s a bit pricey for fast food but the service and quality of food blow most other burger joints out of the water. It?s never too busy and the folks working there always have a great attitude

Worst food I have EVER paid for a fast-food restaurant! j you like cold, old, nasty burgers and fries, then you have found the right fast-food drive thru! I would not serve this food to my dog. I just do not believe the other reviews written on this post about how good this place is. Got to be fake.

I keep forgetting that this place is still around. It's been almost 20 years since I last ate here, and the food is just as delicious as I remember it.
