Bojangles - Knoxville

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 13s (leg and 2 thighs) and received 2 Chicken tender meals. I would have liked to eaten what I ordered and paid for. If they (employees) weren't locking each other out and playing childish games maybe they'd be able to provide adequate service.

Extremely disappointed. I live 10 hours away from a location and have loved Bo’s but this location really let me down after my 10 hour drive and craving Bo’s for months.Also really bummed the lobby was closed because then I had to figure out a way to eat my dinner. The food was over cooked , dry and had hard pieces. Only thing good was my mashed potatoes thank the lord !I knew I should’ve listened to my gut when I seen all the cars in the clovers line and Bo’s was a ghost town. Whelp…. Lesson learned.

I used the drive thru, the dining room did appear to be open. It was pretty standard fare for bojangles.

Food was great. The service was fantastic give it a try
