Burger King - Knoxville

I give all fast food chains three stars unless they do something absolutely outstanding i.e. the service or the food or cleanliness etc. This is a standard Burger King at a rest stop. Ordered the taco to try for the first time. It was not that good I don?t recommend it it?s pretty greasy as the shell is deep-fried with minimal filling. I also tried the impossible whopper that is 100% plant-based I thought that was very well done and a good substitute for beef if you?re looking for that. Chicken nuggets were straight chicken nuggets

Shawnee had great customer service, greeted me and asked me how I was, even brought the food out for me. Food was fresh and hot and made pretty quick. Only complaint is the condiments on the sandwich were sloppy and there was too much of it. Ordered at 9:44am

Loved my whopper, fries were cold, drink great! My server/cashier was very nice!

I tried to use a coupon at this Burger King for 2 Whopper Jr's and 2 small fries for $3.99, but they wanted and Xtra $3 to add cheese. I walked out without ordering. I won't go back there even though it closest BK to my home.

Bad service. They don't use the mobile app, no drive through, rude employees, understaffed. Do not stop here.
