Chick-fil-a - Knoxville

I used to love Chick-fil-A but here lately they have been slacking. I ordered my son a kids meal and they forgot the fries in the kids meal so I got a replacement order but since I was there I went ahead and ordered more food and once again they left food out of my order again and the food was not fresh it was cold and u would think it would of been fresh since u wait over 15 min for the food to be brought out to you . ! All the employees that they have in that restaurant I just find it hard to believe that u can continue to mess up orders and forget items out of orders and then serve cold and old food.. Very disappointed and wont b goin back to this particular restaurant again

The chicken is great.! Milkshakes that will make your tongue slap your brains out trying to get another taste..If you've never had Chick-fil-A, I have a feeling you're gonna like it... Polynesian sauce is a fun twist on sweet and sour.Literally everything on the menu is good.

The service is beyond comparison to any other business around (non-restaurant included). The genuine nature of its employees speaks volumes. I want to especially take a moment to thank Damien who was more than gracious. Thanks for showing kindness and a Christian nature that isn’t seen much anymore.

Excellent food quality, as always. Dining room was very clean. Staff was very friendly courteous and efficient. Met and talked with the franchise owner; he too was very friendly and well-spoken.

I’ve tried to resist posting anything negative about chic fil a but as of today I’m finished with this location. I had to wait in line while one employee finished her conversation with a friend behind. I found a seat in the lobby with 12 other guest… After 20 minutes I walked to the counter and asked for my food. The guy responded rudely and said they were a little busy…. I love Chick-fil-A but I will never eat at this location again. Btw this is the 3rd straight trip to this location and basically the same thing has happened.
