Just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of you. I go here about 2-3 times a week since my lunch is only 30 minutes. Food is always great and quick service.
I was a bit disappointed. I really don’t want melted Styrofoam in my food. Plus, these fries aren't even Cajun.
I would give zero stars if I could. The manager, Lorelei, was incredibly unhelpful after the staff forgot to include some items from my order. We drove all the way back to the restaurant to get it fixed, only to be told they couldn’t replace the items without a receipt. So, we drove all the way back home without the receipt. When we returned once more, we had to pay for my food again. I won’t be coming back and I would never recommend Lorelei for a role in customer service, as she treats customers poorly over a mistake that cost less than five dollars. This seems to be a common issue, as many reviews mention similar experiences. I suggest that instead of scamming customers by messing up their orders, you invest that money into training your employees. This experience was absolutely unacceptable.
Was kinda disappointed. Always loved Cook Outs. Will give them another shot.
