Cook Out - Knoxville

It took a while for my food to arrive because they forgot about my order, and they almost gave me someone else's meal. However, when I finally received my food, it was delicious. It seems like it was just a rough day for the staff, but the food was definitely worth the wait.

I recently had the freshest burger and hush puppies at this Cook Out location, and they are the best I've experienced at any of their locations. The customer service was exceptional, and the service was incredibly fast! I highly recommend this spot—don't overlook it! I've traveled across the country and haven't found food this good and quick that I didn't have to cook myself. However, I really hope they open the dining room again; sitting down to enjoy a meal there was truly a great experience I miss. 10/10!

Tonica Bingham is an exceptional cashier! She is incredibly sweet and always brings a positive energy to her work. She truly deserves a raise!

I placed a large catering order for work, and everything was outstanding. The staff were among the friendliest I've ever encountered. We will definitely be returning!

My wife and I were in the mood for a quick snack, even though we weren't very hungry. We opted for Cook Out and shared a grilled chicken club tray with fries, along with a chicken quesadilla and a strawberry milkshake topped with Reese's pieces. Everything was fresh and served hot. The milkshake was delicious, packed with plenty of Reese's.
