Firehouse Subs Fountain City

I was left confused about what I might have done to warrant her throwing my sandwich on the counter without even making eye contact with me. Throughout my visit, I made sure to be courteous and polite. I had been looking forward to a great experience, but it ended up being quite disappointing. I’m unsure if I’ll return, and I certainly can’t recommend this place to others when that lady is working. While my sandwich looks good, I can’t help but wonder about the quality, given her attitude and demeanor.

Not a great experience. The meat was cold, the bread was incorrect, and the dish was too messy. The atmosphere also felt quite uninviting.

I recently had an online order that was wrong. After the manager Nicole read my review she contacted me and made it right! Nice to know they are willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. I really appreciated it and will definitely be back.

Loved the sub, always have, they could expand more on outdoor seating and the upkeep. The inside gets so steamy from everything cooking at lunch. Lots of to-go orders seems like. We liked it.

They forgot to make my sandwich but I ended up with a bonus drink and snack . Sandwiches are always good from here.
