Fuji Japanese Grill - Knoxville

Best Value for Japanese Food. When I want Japanese food, Fuji is the first place I think of. Very clean place, very efficient service and excellent food and plenty of it. Definitely a 'Best Value ' in dining.

Mmm....Fuji..... Every time I go to a sit-down Japanese style restaurant where they do a show at the hibachi grill at the table (Wasabi, etc. , I find myself wishing the food was as good as Fuji's, and then get depressed when the bill comes.<br/ <br/ You just can't beat Fuji's price, taste, quality of food, or speed of delivery at any other Japanese restaurant in Knoxville. And I might just be addicted to their teriyaki sauce and sweet carrots.

Awesome!. We were hesitant to try this place but decided to go anyway since a friend of mine told me it was really good. Boy, was she right! It is not fancy just a converted old Dairy Queen but they have great hibachi style chicken without having to sit through the boring 'show ' and a bunch of strangers like you have to at a fancy place. Very reasonably prices, fast, friendly service. I wish I lived closer. No, I don 't I would go there all the time and break my diet!

Really fresh tasting/quality food. I have loved this place for years. Food is ALWAYS prompt and tastes looks smells like it should NOT be ready as quickly as it is(the wait time is akin to waiting at a well ran fast food chain restaurant, just with a much better reward for waiting).This place is legendary. One of the best values on the planet. Don't sleep.

Fast. The one thing you can always count on at Fuji is the food coming out fast. Always served by a smiling waitress who may not have the best English , but tries real hard to make sure you're happy when you leave .So many regulars eat here they sometimes are following to the table with what you usually drink before you get to sit down .One of my favorites , usually there at least once a week .
