Gondolier Pizza Of Halls - Knoxville

We were on our way home on Easter Sunday, feeling quite hungry, and decided to stop here for a meal. Unfortunately, the 'combo platter' appetizer left much to be desired; the chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and zucchini fries tasted as if they were taken straight from a frozen bag. However, the Italian sausage parm sub was quite enjoyable, and the pizza was decent as well — they certainly don't hold back on the cheese. The prices were reasonable, and the Butterfinger cheesecake was absolutely amazing! The service was pretty good, too. I would definitely consider returning.

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and extra cheese, as well as a large pepperoni pizza. They both exceeded my expectations and were absolutely delicious. If I had the money and a fast metabolism, I would eat this every day!

The atmosphere was peaceful this evening. My meal was excellent; I had the baked manicotti and a salad. However, the salad was quite plain.

We have been eating here for many years and love the food and staff. The baked spaghetti and spinach calzones are my personal favorites, but everything I've ever tried is great. You get plenty of food and the prices are fair. Be sure to leave room for dessert you can't go wrong there either.

First time visit. Better then average, better then expected. Great server who definitely earned the tip. We'll be back as we have to try the dishes we saw being delivered to other tables. This was a good find. Thanks Piper, you are the best.
