Hardee's - Knoxville

Paid over $10 for 5 tenders and they only gave me 3. To their credit, they gave me the missing two when I went back in, but they just put them in the old box which doesn't really seem sanitary. I feel like when I've worked food service we weren't allowed to let anything handed to customers come back to the kitchen.

Really disappointed. Service had improved a lot from previous experience. Today the employee asked me to pull up, not sure why as there was no one behind me. I pulled into the first parking spot and waited about 5 minutes. Employee brought me my food and stopped about 3 feet from my car and tried to hand me my food. I explained I could not reach and she gave me a dirty look and walked closer and gave me my food. I thanked her and left. Burger was gross, had some type of chemical taste. Soda had no syrup in it, all carbonation. Fries were ok but lots of tiny pieces no real fries.

We ordered burger, no onions. There were onions mixed in with the lettuce,

The food was delicious and thank you for the wonderful service

I got the country fried steak with egg biscuits and hash browns The food was hot fresh and delicious
