Holly's Gourmet Market Cafe - Knoxville

My wife absolutely LOVES this place and I’m a fan as well, mostly, for the stellar customer service. It is often, very busy, but we have never had a bad server in any of our past visits. Ashton is our favorite! She is the best, always gracious and more helpful than she has to be. We always look to be seated in her section and you should, too.

Just finished up eating at Holly’s things got off to a frustrating start, as the hostess stand accidentally skipped my party of 3 two different times. I was sufficiently frustrated, but upon sitting down a manager offered her apologies and told us that our meal would be comped. All’s well that ends well, as everything we ordered was delicious and our server (wish I could remember her name! was top notch.

We each had a lovely cocktail and great food with delightful service.

Staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, beyond friendly, as well as accommodating to all walks of life.Gina has been a superb waitress, great recommendations, and spoke to us like we were already friends! Megan was a very nice friendly face to be greeted with upon entry and our experience was an A ! Highly recommended ?

Went for lunch. Granddaughter and DIL loved their salad and sandwiches. I had the muffuletta and was disappointed.The bread was supposed to be ciabatta but wasn’t. It was dry and fell apart. The olive relish wasn’t enough to add a little zip. Really too bad.The hash brown casserole was lovely as was a latte.
