Kfc - Knoxville

Very efficient drive-thru I never have to sit in line very long and my order is always correct and all there the only thing they could work on is customer service. They just seen irritated like they don't want to be there which is understandable but not a vibe you want to get from somebody handling your food. Otherwise I've never had any issues here

DELIVERY DRIVERS, DD GH UE, etc, Super friendly staff here. They made sure the order had straws, napkins, etc. Don't hesitate if you get one worth the pay here!

Saw a rat and cockroaches in the dining area. Wanted to try the beyond nuggets but now scared to try them at any location

Completely disgusting misuse of the Nashville Hot flavoring. At no time should there be a reason to pour a lake of grease on top of my food. Slow service and all my food was cold. In totality this was a poor experience.

Went through drive thru, pretty quick service, but usually never have everything you want, sometimes its biscuits, sometimes its slaw, last time it was crispy breast. Still a good place to eat, better than other KFC's in Knoxville
