Lonesome Dove Knoxville

My husband and I have always had a great experience at Lonesome Dove Western Bistro.

I visited LD with a group and was skeptical due to my dietary requirements, namely, vegan.

This was a pretty good meal and they do have some things you'd never see anywhere else. This unfortunately doesn't mean it was an outstanding dining

I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner.

Great experience! Excellent food and service! Highly recommended.
