Mcdonald's - Knoxville

I ordered some Big Macs through the app and paid for them there as well. Initially, they claimed they couldn't find our order until my wife called them, and suddenly, they miraculously located it. However, when the food arrived, the presentation of two of the burgers was quite disappointing. It seemed like those employees were trying to show us they were in charge. I’ve decided that I won’t be going to McDonald's again because I'm the one who decides where to spend my money.

This McDonald's has adequate food, with breakfast being the standout option. However, there is a significant issue that needs to be addressed regarding the employees. On Saturday, January 7, a customer politely pointed out to the cashier that a kitchen staff member was visibly unprofessional, with his pants sagging while preparing food. Instead of addressing the concern, the cashier waited until the customer was nearly out the door and then loudly criticized them, suggesting they should mind their own business. The customer remained polite and did not react. As a result, several patrons left without placing their orders, and I personally will not be returning to this location.

The woman in yellow circle is lunatic. She’s the rudest worker I’ve encountered in my life. She would blast a cashier asking a question. Within the next two minutes, a customer was saying to another customer that there are customers waiting and she blasted again saying: “Well, all you have to do is just wait!!!” and left, she’s just LUNATIC (and maybe in hot flash menopause). I don’t know why she works in service industry. She’s more suitable to be a debt-collector with that rudeness. This place (esp her) does not treat customers and employees respectfully.P.s.: the photo is from another review that happens to capture her face.

Went in to order waited about 7 minutes she looks at me and said I'll be with you in a minute she went to the back looks at me again. About 3 minutes later she looks at me. And over there doing something with the food.. then she's looks at me I guess she was waiting to see how long it takes me to walk out and leave don't go to the McDonald's on Broadway across from Kroger if you're not going thur drive thu... I'm glad I wasn't starving to death..I would give them a 0 but it would not let me

The lady at the front window tells you to pull up and wait for ya and drinks mainly is very rude. I ordered a gallon of tea one night and they didn't have any and I paid with my cash app it still never got refunded. But most workers there are great and very polite.
