Mcdonald's - Knoxville

We spent over 35 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered. We ordered through the app for a mobile order pickup. I understand about being short handed but this is beyond acceptable. We didn 't even get any kind of We are sorry for you wait but we are short staffed . We will definitely not go back !!

Employees were polite, and this is the ONLY McDonalds in knoxville that I have ordered a #3 and actually gotten FULLY COOKED patties! Every other store has given me raw in the middle patties. Keep up the awesome service

I stood in line with only one person in front of me for about 30 minutes and my order was never taken. I finally had to leave. I had 45 minutes when I arrived to eat before I had to be somewhere else just a quarter of a mile down the street. I finally had to give up and just grab some peanuts in the convenience store on the other side of the building. They were working hard and it looked like there were several workers there. I couldn't use the kiosk to place my order because I needed to pay with cash. The manager was yelling at the workers which was very unprofessional. I can't place my finger on it but somehow they just did not have their act together. I'm sure it's difficult to find good help. There was another gentleman there who had already ordered when I came in. He got his food just before I left.

There is a night shift manager at this location named Kristen who should not be working there AT ALL!! This woman is completely rude and disrespectful. My fiancé and I were never greeted upon arrival and we’re then told “it’s gonna be a while.” I then asked how long the wait would be. Her exact words were “as long as I take.” I then asked to speak to a manager at this point she sarcastically and aggressively spelled out her name. When I asked her if she was trained that customers were always right she then proceeded to say “the customer is NEVER right.” She then stuck her head out of the drive thru window when we were driving away cussing and egging us to come in as if she wanted to fight. This woman is a disgrace to the establishment and definitely doesn’t need to be in a management position or working with the public AT ALL. Hopefully something is done about this woman because she is a liability to this establishment. She obviously has no self control whatsoever.

Drive thru gave us the wrong order. When we went inside, it took about 10 minutes before receiving assistance and they still messed up the order. When the manager said something to the girl working the drive thru window about giving out the wrong order, her response was My bad .Food: 3/5
