Contribuisci feedbackToday at 5:00 p.m., I visited the drive-thru and was the only car in line. I struggled to hear the person taking my order, so I went ahead and placed it. Suddenly, a girl shouted in an annoyed tone, "I was trying to do something!" I responded, "Wow, sorry for inconveniencing you," and then drove over to Wendy's instead. That was just unacceptable.
I found the McDoubles to be incredibly dry, to the point where I almost choked on them. They were served without mustard, ketchup, or onions—just the meat, cheese, and two pickles. It seems like they might be skimping on condiments to save costs. I definitely won't be ordering from there again. Thankfully, I was at home and could add my own mustard and ketchup.
I ordered a deluxe Quarter Pounder without ketchup, but received a double with extra mayo, no mustard, and no tomato. I'm sure there was someone else who was also disappointed with their order. Food: 4/5
I know a lot of them that work there and they're very nice they always go out their way to help anybody and they know my order by heart most of the timeKid-friendliness: Everybody knows that's where kids love to go
I get so bothered because I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and I know it possible to do good! Ordered two #6 breakfast and 3 sausage biscuits. Get home and I have everything EXCEPT one of the #6 meal sandwiches. The bag goes through 2 hands before it hits mine. It’s the morning, people have things to do. Just get it the first time and customers won’t have to run back and forth.
