Mcdonald's - Knoxville

Worst ever. I paid .50cents. And this is the tomato I got. And the meat was burned.

Slow service tonight, 9/22/2022 a lot of yelling in the kitchen, left without food, lost five bucks, but survived the encounter.Day service is much better, and I get to eat.lol. APP order 1659two Q-LB-cheese.

Terrible customer service from drive thru and manager on phone. Drive thru handled trash can then handed food out window. Manager said they don't touch food, just the bag. Guess that makes it not disgusting. Don't handle trash then hand food out window.

Gave me a big mac with pickles and I say no pickles so they took it back remove the pickles and gave it back to me! The same one! This people are crazy and I told them that I'm allergic to pickles so they got mad and finally make me a new one but I didn't eater because they were mad and people will do crazy things when they mad ??

Went through drive thru, they forgot half my order. I went in there was a large line at counter and no employees. Manager with blonde curly hair walked by and I said excuse me, could you please help me. Told him what I was missing. He rudely said do you want an application. We can't get everything and we are working our butts off. I paid for stuff I didn't get. I wasn't rude, even laughed and said oh I know you're busy. This manager needs better trained. HOW RUDE!!!!!!
