This inviting atmosphere, coupled with the calming interior design, has undoubtedly secured this establishment a top spot on my recommendation list. Whether you seek a productive workspace for studying or a warm haven for reconnecting with loved ones, this coffee shop caters to all. I eagerly anticipate returning to explore their diverse coffee offerings.
I went here with my friend and her mom. We had a good time and our drinks were perfect. The only issue is something they really can 't control. It 's the homeless being able to walk into their outdoor dining area. While my friend and I were sitting outside, a man came around the corner to ask another man for money, he didn 't get money. The man then sits down across from my friends and I and starts talking to himself. He was hitting himself in the head and begging please stop. We felt bad but we were also kind of scared.
Very calming interior!! I had an iced green tea and it was yummy!!
Old City Java is a gem in Knoxville's coffee scene, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for catching up on work or enjoying a quiet moment. Their coffee is exceptional, with each cup brewed to perfection, showcasing rich and robust flavors. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a great blend or treat from their selection of pastries and snacks. It's the ideal spot for anyone seeking a quality coffee experience in a charming, relaxed setting.
I am new to knoxville, and Old City Java has been a place of great comfort amongst the unfamiliar. As I have been getting settled into the city, Old City has always been a place where I can sit, relax, and enjoy a good ole cup of Joe. i would describe old city java as a lifelong friend you just met. Its very warm, relaxing, and fun. Am I in love with this friend? We aren 't sure, and I cannot let these thoughts back in, as I have a wife and kids back home. I always enjoy time with this friend. They are kind, they are thoughtful, and they seem to know me. I really have a hard time knowing if this is truly platonic, or if there is something more. i am scared to ask, as I don 't want us to end. maybe i 'll get over this one day. maybe this will be my biggest regret in life. All I plan to do is stay here, and enjoy every moment that I can.
