Panera Bread - Knoxville

Loved my Caesar salad and fontago chick sand! But most of all, manager Adam (name on the receipt, definitely a manager at the register), was....awesome! Both Carmen and I left our wallets at home and had no cash stashed in the car� All we had was a $15 Panara gift card, our bill $25.07. After my search in the car, I returned and said we need to cancel our order, Carmen said lets just get the salads, Adam.....he threw in the $10, saying he knew we were long time Panara Bread customers, he had it� We will pass on the kindness! #adamPanaramade my day�

Very clean, easy to order and very helpful staff. We arrived at the start of lunch time. I was able to place our order on the kiosk and it was a breeze. Most of the tables were clean and the drink station was free of trash. Our food was ready quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. I was most pleased with the person who was preparing our food who offered to help bring one of my plates to the table since I had my young child in my arms. You won my business and we will be back again soon!

Great service! Amazing staff . Special thank for Jackie .me and my friend have bad night at work and we wanted to get breakfast/ rest a little bit and so stopped at Parkside location and Jackie made up our day and everything even better

I love the breakfast quiche, it is amazing!! Customer service is wonderful on a consistent basis. I never have any issues there.
