Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The restaurant currently seems to be understaffed, as we experienced a 30-minute wait even though the place was 90% empty. It felt like they weren’t making any efforts to improve the situation. The host wasn't friendly, and the manager offered little assistance. We enjoy the food, so we opted to order takeout instead of dining in. Unfortunately, my cake was mishandled and ended up smashed in the bag. I decided to leave a three-star rating because I understand that things can get challenging. However, the host also made a sarcastic remark as we were leaving, which did not sit well with me. I admit I wasn’t pleased, but I believe no one deserves to be treated that way.

Yesterday, my wife and I visited Red Robin for lunch for the first time. The food was flavorful and prepared exactly to our specifications. Our bartender and server, Alysha, was attentive and made sure to check on us regularly without being intrusive. She was a joy to be around. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Justin, who was very helpful in recommending dishes and sharing insights about Red Robin and his own experiences. He even checked in with us before we left to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. Given the delicious food and the professionalism of the staff, we will definitely be returning! Great job, Red Robin!

This was my family's first trip to Red Robin and we enjoyed it! Service was great (though a couple times there were some delays in the kitchen, especially with the fry refill so ask a little early). Kids devoured their food and really enjoyed the fries. My burger was big, tasty, and fresh. Wife got the mozzarella sticks and they were hot out of the Fryer. We will return and would recommend.

I should have gotten her name, but the evening bartender is THE best. She runs all the tables in her section plus the bar PLUS every drink and milkshake for the whole restaurant. We made a point to sit in her section this evening. I didn't ask if they tip share but I will next time because she shouldn't have to if she does. Besides her, the food is always phenomenal. We drive 40 minutes just to eat here.

Burger was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. You could smell and taste the grill on it as well. The pretzel appetizer was appropriately soft and salted and the beer cheese dip was excellent. Steak Fries and Sweet Potato Fries were also on point. The only thing I could wish for is a lower price point.
