Smoky Mountain Brewery - Knoxville

This place was great. My wife and I came for lunch and I got the meerrot tuna sandwich... It was the best I had all week. Beer cheese and broccoli were also great. The food was hot. The burgers and pommes were fresh and hot. The General Manager even came by and gave us some recommendations! Make yourself a favor and check out this place!

We had a great experience here! Very short waiting and friendly staff at the door! Our server, Richie, was promptly on our table. He got our drinks orders, offered us some nice options and returned with them quickly. We took a little time to watch guests on the menu for the first time, but he was so brilliant to get the children's orders quickly. He explained the beer flight to my husband in the depths and it was funny! I also asked for a frozen drink that was good and he was sweet about the option. The food was really good. All we had was super tasteful. The fried cucumbers and potato salad were my favorites. My husband Steak was so good. The children loved their food and ate it most. Richie was so polite and perfect with our table the whole visit. It was such a nice experience after a long day with our two guys under 6 years. I recommend this place and it as a server! Richie was great and Smoky Mountain Brewery is somewhere where we need to visit again.

That was an unexpected surprise in Pigeon Schmiede. Most places in the area were closed so we tried it at 9:45. The onion ring appetizer is huge and was great, not too wide, but crispy and good onion taste. All except my wife ordered various burgers and all came as ordered and tasty cooked. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger (my guilt) and the waiter brought me a new burger after the kitchen was closed, even after I had told him he didn't need it. The pizza my wife ordered was much better than most we got in Italian or pizza restaurants. We're coming back to the pizza. To complete everything, prices were very reasonable and not what you would expect from a tourist area. Live music was a bit loud for a family dinner, but exactly what I wanted for a night without the kids. Overall That was the best restaurant we visited in Pigeon Forge

This place is great! You get six 5oz flights for $7! You can get up to ten for $11. How can you beat the bargain to taste all beers? The sausage and cheese appetizer was so good and filled us too! Definitely a cool place to stop when you visit the area.

Great service feom Richie, great beer (their specials are awesome, loved the Helles and IPA as well), Butterfinger Cheesecake was an awesome way to top it all off. Also, pint glass for under 5 bucks make for a great souvenir! Will be back for sure!
