Sonic Drive-in - Knoxville

I hate leaving bad reviews but this sonic never has bags of ice available. I called ahead this time instead of just showing up. They said yes over phone but when I got there it was a different situation. I guess it depends on who u talk to !

The food was ok but the restrooms were closed. The person that brought the food out suggested that the gas station across the street had bathrooms. So instead of enjoying the meal when it came out we had to leave as soon as the food came out to go find a restroom.

Doesn't matter how the food or service is. You NEVER take a credit card out of line of sight of the customer at a drive through.

Finally, a Sonic that actually has onion rings. I've been to others and have been told that they are out of onion rings (at lunchtime). I usually drive away. That's one of the main reasons why I stop at Sonic (the onion rings). The Boneless wings are good here too.

I had to wait in the drive through for 30+ minutes because they had all the stalls closed, The food was garbage it tasted old, my bbq chicken had the very least amount of bbq on it, my drinks were all half melted by the time I got them and on top of that I asked for extra ranch and they didn’t give me none
