Starbucks - Knoxville

The staff at the drive-thru window were fantastic! We didn't have any cash or change on hand and felt guilty that we couldn't leave a tip on our credit card. Despite not having a cash register, they still offered to give our dog a puppacino. We were very impressed with their service.

I recently visited this Starbucks for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. I always order a Venti Mocha with 2 pumps of chai tea, and they made it perfectly. I pass by this Starbucks on my way to my Oncologist's office once a month, and I will definitely be stopping in again.

When I walked in the door I received multiple friendly hello's from smiling faces! My order was taken with the same smiling face and an enthusiastic thank you! My drink was prepared perfectly! Many thanks to the staff and management for a wonderful experience!

I'm very particular about my coffee and they were so kind and made sure my order was just right! It was also quick!

I'm still waiting for a coffee IV option. Until then I'll keep getting espresso.
