Contribuisci feedbackI have never witnessed a more disappointing sight. The staff was incredibly rude, one server even carelessly splashing water on nearby tables. The lack of respect shown towards older customers was shocking and unacceptable.
The food quality was excellent, however, the staff member who assisted and served me was extremely unfriendly, bordering on rude. It seemed like she just wanted me to leave quickly so she could seat another party in the dining room. I felt rushed by her demeanor.
The staff members were unprofessional at this restaurant. There were three employees working and two customers in line ahead of me with a pickup order. None of the employees acknowledged me or spoke to me, leaving me standing at the pickup area without assistance. Two of the employees were not wearing uniforms or aprons, one was in shorts and another in sweatpants. The only employee in full uniform was complaining loudly about having to do tasks like cleaning the bathrooms. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant before, but this was by far the worst service I have ever received at a Subway. The staff need to be reminded of how to conduct themselves professionally. I was very disappointed.
My spouse ordered a philly from this place and became very ill. in the next 24 hours, his symptoms deteriorated slowly, he became very me with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. he had food poisoning from the sandwich he ate here. I gave only one star to leave this evaluation.
Food was good but they had already started the closing process at 10;30pm and acted as if I were interrupting them.
