I found Szechuan Garden off the web. It suppose to be the #1 Chinese restaurant in Knoxville. It was #ONE! The server was a solo act but she kept up with everyone in the restaurant. She was courteous and on point with all in dining room. Now the food, was so delicious, savory, fresh and it didn't take long to serve. I see why they were #1. Highly recommend others to come. Haylee was our waitress and if we transport her to Florida we would!! Her service was impeccable however there were a few items on the menu that were different than our party was used to my dish which was shrimp with garlic sauce was a 10 star dish!! Thefried food was a tad more oily than we were accustomed to, other than that, it was a great experience!

Really delicious and fresh food! Good service too. Very fair prices. Honestly, they have the best egg rolls AND the best sweet and sour sauce I've ever tried. Very impressive!
