Tupelo Honey - Knoxville

I always know I can count on Tupelo Honey for a satisfying meal. I dined here multiple times during my visit to Knoxville and appreciated that they were open during busy times.

My wife and I were visiting Knoxville, Tennessee and stayed at a hotel in the Market Square area downtown. We decided to try out this restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic.

The macaroni could use some more flavor or sauce in general. It was a bit dry overall. I ordered the chicken and macaroni and cheese waffles, and the portion was hearty.

Underwhelmed on our second visit, so service, some of the foods was substandard (i.e. Tortilla chips looked like the bottom of the bag and not fresh from the kitche)

Our server was very friendly and helpful. The fried green tomatoes were spicy. We definitely come back when we're in the area.
