The bar tender was fantastic, and made the best Long Island I've had since moving to Knoxville. Not only did it taste good, I was feeling it before I finished my first one. Their pizza was AMAZING! They had a special that night, $8 for a large. I judge places on their pizza, wings, or philly, and so far thisplace wins the pizza award. We showed up for networking, but stayed for the Singo.
I visit Twisted Mike's in the late afternoon/early evening during the week to have dinner and a couple of beers. At those times, it's a friendly hole in the wall kind of place, with a mix of regulars and visitors. On a recent Monday, I had two Yuenglings, and two hot dogs and potato wedges (all baked they have no fryer in the kitchen) for about $12.
Nice hole in wall feel, open area outside, booze was good. Enthusiastic karaoke fans, too.
Went there tonight the bartender was rude and didn't care inmo! I ask her for no cheese on my quesadilla and she you only want veggies right. It came out with cheese and I told her and she said well darling that's no a quesadilla. NEVER going back period! Awful service from multi colored hair person. BTW..The kind of person that orders one with no cheese is a person that doesn't eat cheese. They did remake it but it was very soggy on the bottom. I certainly don't have this problem at other places!
