Wendy's - Knoxville

I met Mr Wendy while I was here. He was a withered old man with fingers worn from time and a life full of hard work. He looked at me and pointed, then let out a shrill shriek that caused the glass to rattle. The other customers fled, but I was frozen in fear. Slowly he approached, his hunched form swayed with each step until the only thing between us was the counter and register. I heard a whisper from behind, in a voice that was so familiar but forgotten. 'Did you... Want spicy nugs... '

These guys are on point everyday. They greet you with smiles in their voice and in person. The managers are also helpful if you need anything.

This Wendy's said if kids don't want to work, they'll hire some older people who know how to be polite and give good customer service. Good for you. Food was fast and hot, and delivered with a smile!
