Brewpub Starboard - Kobe

Tons of different types of beer, including their own! Bar style food is great to boot! Many bang for your Buck, cool atmosphere, great taste and reasonable portions (which says a lot for Japan)!

Large selection of Rokko beers (local). The staff was friendly. Has English menus. Had a 6 glass tasting beer tasting option (not always available otherwise). Nice brew pub. Staff understood that we were tourists and when we asked about Kobe beef. She recommended a place and even requested a reservation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and a nice selection of Minoh and Kobe beer.

There is a duplicate listing on the map but it's the same place. Decent selection of local craft beers and a nice rotating selection of international beers. The place has gone a little upmarket from its original location but it's still a great place for a beer and a bite. The food is good. The fried chicken karage are excellent, some of the best I've ever had. They also have a 5 beer flight if you want to try a variety of beers.

Good food and craft beer. The fried chicken and black beer curry are nice. They brew their own beer on site with 3-4 different ones on tap plus a selection of other local (Rokko Beer) and a couple of imports available.
