In the various corners of the small shop there are very unusual decorations and also fine foods, with constant change of the assortment. In the farmhouse you can enjoy the delicious homemade cake with a cup of coffee or tea. There are places inside with well heated fireplace and outside in the sun. The villa is open from Friday to Sunday from 11 am (from 2:30 pm). There is also a special pampering breakfast with many delicious ingredients for €16. In addition, there is the possibility to stay in a 4-star room and walk in the surroundings. The villa is located above Kobern Gondorf near the Solliger Höfen, easily accessible from Mosel or the A 48 motorway exit Ochtendung. Also accessible via the local hiking trails. The whole property is fascinating. The owners are very friendly and nice. Very recommended. It is also worth a look at the events during the year, such as wine tasting or painting courses. Update: From 31.01.2016 from 11:00 onwards, they open their gates with their new spring collection with tasty rustic cakes.
As guests come as friends, the motto is after the flyer. And that's it. You feel like at home, everything is uncomplicated, cozy as in paradise, infinitely lovingly furnished. The owners live there and live there together with the guests. In the morning there is a great fresh breakfast at the table. Even the cake is made in the afternoon. As far as the situation is concerned, I have been driving into this region for a number of years because there is so much beauty to discover the vineyards of Mosel and Rhine and in the volcanic Eifel.
In lively magazines I have often experienced articles by opening a decoration shop with cafe or flower shop through passion for women. My husband was attentive to Villa Provence through an ad in one of our local emergency call newspapers. On Sunday we looked at the shops and the café in Kobern. My absolute secret lace for people like the English decoration and vintage decoration. I was very excited about how much the owner created this beautiful small place with outdoor area and separate café. The homemade cake is highly recommended and the cozy atmosphere invites you to stay. Unfortunately, the Nostalgie sled was not neat to acquire, but other beautiful things we found there. Our 4 year old daughter also felt very comfortable and it also tasted very good. Absolutely recommended! Foreign rooms and breakfast are offered. The only thing missing is enough parking. Unfortunately does not offer much parking for the field road.
