Disappointing visit to Cofone wine bar Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review for my visit to the Cofone wine bar in Koblenz. Although the taste of the food was good, our experience was marred by an unpleasant incident with the boss. We were prepared for a cozy evening and were looking forward to the culinary delights. The dishes we ordered were actually well prepared and attractively presented. Unfortunately, this positive experience was overshadowed by an unpleasant argument with the boss personally. There doesn't seem to be any value placed on well-paying regular customers here. Good-tasting side dishes such as potatoes are disappearing from the menu. It seems as if they are trying to increase profitability immensely by all possible means. Sorry, but for me it's good form that you can order potatoes with fish and meat dishes at an Italian restaurant. It seems like the boss has a problem with customer friendliness. Instead of dealing with comments or complaints professionally, he got into unnecessary conflict with us. This significantly affected the atmosphere and spoiled our evening. In a restaurant, not only the food but also the service should be good. Unfortunately, the Cofone wine bar has not been able to convince on this point for a long time. We would have liked a more pleasant experience and are disappointed with the unprofessional treatment of customers. We will prefer other locations in Koblenz in the future. Beautiful little restaurant with big wine selection. the selection of the diners is limited to the current card that is out, for that the diners are fresh and very tasty! is less and here you can see and taste why it is. for me a secret tipp in koblenz
