Original 量は十分すぎるのですが、4000円のランチコースで鶏肉だったのがお値段の釣り合わない感があるので、正直な感想で評価下げさせて頂きます。 お料理はとても美味しかったです 周りに何かあるわけでないので、日高村辺りから道の駅をはしごしながら伺いました。 お料理は優しいお味で美味しかったです！特にゴーヤの調理方法はどうしているのか、トロトロでびっくりしました！！印象的だったのが、カボチャとゴルゴンゾーラのスープです。カボチャ感はあまりないのですが、クッキーがうえにのっているのとスープの下層部にはゴルゴンゾーラが沈んでいて ？ なんとも味わったことの無い味でした。もう一度飲みたいです！ 最後のドルチェに出たバジルのジェラートも美味しかったです。多分シェフがハーブがお好きなのか、ハーブの入った食べ物が多くて個人的には好みでした。 店員さんもすごく丁寧で美味しく食事頂けました！ご馳走様です。

生産者の方との繋がりを大切にされていて、素材を生かして丁寧に作られている姿勢がひしひしと伝わってきました。もちろんお味も唯一無二。前菜、魚料理、肉料理のどのソースも、高知で味わったことのない素晴らしい味でした。最後のデザート、そしてコーヒーに至るまで大満足でした。お店の方々とのお話も楽しかったです。

2度めのランチです。スタッフの方も感じ良く流れを考えたお料理がスムーズです。季節感のあるお料理、ソースがどれも美味しいです。お昼から大満足。 個人的には、お肉料理とパスタの順がいいかなと。季節ごとにまた行きたいお店です。
