At least I wanted you to say a word about the late delivery. 午後3時ぐらいの全然混雑していない時間帯に利用しました。 ドライブスルーでアイスコーヒーのみを頼んだところ15分ほど待たされた挙句、なぜか後ろに並んでいた車のハンバーガーが先に提供されていました。 スタッフさんが「あっ」と言っていたので「忘れていましたか？」と尋ねると「今できました」と言われました。モスバーガーさんは何度も利用させて頂いていますがアイスコーヒーの提供に15分かかったのは初めてでした。せめて提供が遅くなったことに対して一言言ってもらいたかったです。
