I have been sitting here at this restaurant since 10:30 am and it is now 3:30 pm. Even though I submitted my order at 12 pm, no one has come to take it or provide any updates. The place is crowded and there are many other customers waiting. I have a young child who has been waiting to be picked up from school for over an hour. This kind of poor management is unacceptable. Additionally, the washroom is dirty and disgusting, which is also something that cannot be ignored or forgotten.

The service at passbüro is incredibly quick. I have always had great experiences with the staff there. If only other government offices were as efficient, our country would be much more advanced.

I arrived early to grab a table. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I am thankful to them for making my experience smoother and faster than I had anticipated.
