Contribuisci feedbackThe food is always great. Like every place these days probably. Not enough staff and the ones they have, have thier heads in thier phones.
Me and my boyfriend went here on august 25. As a server I feel like i understand a lot. But I should have not waited as long as we did for water. We did order bar drinks which was the only saving grace for this experience. I found a hair in my food. We got the 3 course meal deal. The salad was ruined by the hair in it. The steak was over cooked and dry as if it was waiting in a window for a while. We got our cheesecake Togo. The cheesecake was not good. To make it better our server put our cheesecake ON THE FLOOR. She could have easily handed it to us or set it on the booth next to us. Why was it placed on the floor. I will never come back here.
Don't go out to eat a whole lot but Outback is definitely one of my top choices if I have the money for a sitdown place. Last 3 times I've been there (all within the last 2 years , food and service has been great. (Ryan S being the most recent server and dude was on top of everything. Prices aren't terrible either. $11 for a blooming onion. $5 for a large draft of their blonde ale. Entrees like $22 to $35ish depending on what you get.
The food was more than what I expected. Large quantities, fair prices, clean. Customer service was excellent.
The meal was prepared exceptionally well. Our server, Tyler, was very attentive and accommodating. Despite the restaurant being quite busy on a Friday evening, we were served very promptly. Tyler was also very friendly and courteous. He was able to skillfully manage multiple customers at once, including one who appeared to be quite demanding. He handled this challenging situation with grace and professionalism. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and hospitable experience for us!
