Contribuisci feedbackA very nice place. We haven't try this time the specialities the chicken fried but for sure next time. Edit : we have try it now, the texture is really good and crunchy the chicken is tasty but for me something is missing like a spice or... Because there is probably some vinegar but it is similar as the fermented potatoes. And also your spicy sauce you have to add is really disappointing. To liquid to really stick on your chicken and not really tasty. Maybe a simple sriracha sauce will do a better combo. I really liked the tartare of carrot, the salade was good but a bit too much topping on it for us. And fermented potatoes was awsome. But even with small defaults it is a great place! And the best they brewing their own beer. We tried several now and we really like what they propose. The only thing the food is a bit expensive I found.
The Amass team has built a giant new brewery apace with more casual eats to accompany. Got Amass' very tasty fried chicken and the pork neck entree. Threw a few sour beers to boot. Lots of hop hop and interesting people watching. Not a bad way to spend a lazy Sunday

Weird brewery concept: Amazing beer selections but rather upscale food options/prices. The atmosphere was mixed, neither loud nor quiet. Draws a somewhat mixed crowd from craft beer geeks to more high class people. Odd concept for a brewery, not sure I get the combination of craft beer and expensive small portion food...
They only have their own beers and they are not particularly good. It would be nice if brought in a couple of guest craft beers to improve the selection. The fries were good but the lump fish was pretty much pure fat with little taste.
