Got lovely bubbles before the food; so the delicious dish with lenses and pigs (super powerful fond), and delicate with the coarse mustard. Then there was just room for a cheese number; with a fine selection of rich and creamy cheeses. Various glass wine recommended by waiter Otto, suitable for the food. Not least the wine-liqueur (with scent as grappa marc) followed the cheeses. And as always, super good atmosphere. Thank you for a nice night.
