Contribuisci feedbackAfter making a reservation, and showing up in good time. We were asked to wait outside for them to find a table for us. In the time that we waited patiently, 5 separate groups showed up in the same time slot and all for seated immediately. After 20 minutes of waiting to be seated and ignored we gave up and went elsewhere to eat. Cannot recommend and won't be going back.
The place is in the very heart of Copenhagen. The food was delightful. I find the menu very creative and enjoyed every bite of the delicious dishes. The slow cooked veal is delicious and all the sauces were the perfect touch! The service is great and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for ignoring the amazing weather of Copenhagen.
Food was ‘ok’, but lack of transparency in the supposed sustainability and local produce was off putting. If claims like this are used in marketing- at least be respectful to the producers you work with and inform to the guests with pride. The service was terrible and unprofessional. I would be embarrassed and ashamed if this was my restaurant by the poor service and general lack of interest in the guest experience. Also, since there are two areas of the restaurant-don’t start seating people in the downstairs area first. The room became extremely hot and unpleasant, meanwhile upstairs was empty.
We have been there before and had a good experience at that time. Unfortunately we got disappointed this time due to the table. We where placed in a isolated room close to the toilets and eventhough we asked for another table, we got a “Im sorry”. When we left, the other tables in the restaurant were still free. We ordered sparkling water but got still water. No discount.
The food was delicious, equivalent to a 2 star Michelin restaurant that I love in Dublin. If you like and value food made with delicacy and precision that tastes wow I highly recommend it. Try It…
