Contribuisci feedbackI have nothing good to say about this place. Me and a couple of friends order our food, where the food will not come the first hour. We therefore go up and complain about 3 times and get new excuses every time. It ends up waiting for our food for over 2 hours, and thus does not choose to wait more so we ask to pay and thus get something discount to not have our food, or any good service. Thus, employees choose to try to convince us that we have got our food, which we have not gotten!!! We ask for a discount or to pay for our beverage after we had the purchase of water and “all you can eat sushi”, where after one of the employees choose to raise voice to us and thus says it is not possible and we must pay for the sushi we have never received. We choose to leave the place and pay 350kr PR PERSON (400kr) for 4 ice water. It is not at all and enough the worst customer service I have experienced
Worst service ever! The owner is not overheaded! We found a snail in our seaweed salad! When I tell and show the owner this she gets insulted and sur never I have experienced something similar. In addition, the wait for the food was too long!
We had ordered table Tuesday d 31 and were put below where there was completely empty and cold when it was a Tuesday. We asked to be put on top and we had to wait for the places we had but they could not love anything. After some time we decided to wait outside and told it so to the waiter before we went out. The servant stopped us before we reached and offered us a table so we did not freeze after he would have a little trouble with the other reserved tables and space lack, but he insisted and made it work. Super good service!
Can really not recommend the restaurant. Poor service and long wait for food. I confront the owner and she react by being sur. Total sleep experience
It was really good and this service. Tasty food. Really a good experience. It is certainly not the last time we come there.
