Very good cuisine with great menu combinations, central location in Ihrfeld. Staff very nice, helpful and friendly, overall staffing is a bit tight, so one or two more helping hands could be needed. Bowling alley has seen better days, but as a one-off thing/accompaniment to a celebration/dinner it's completely ok.

Cozy atmosphere, staff friendly and accommodating. Eating a super delicious experience. We'll be back, bravo.

We went to Hans and Franz for our Christmas dinner and were absolutely thrilled! Food and drink great! The corn-fed chicken was particularly excellent. Next year again!
