Contribuisci feedbackWow!! We had a wonderful evening at Fortyone. The menu was designed to be varied and the kitchen implemented it perfectly under the direction of chef Thomas. All in all, the food was outstandingly delicious. The atmosphere was so excellent, not least because of the attentive service. We were deeply impressed by the extremely professional wine advice from the in-house sommelier Sascha. The ambience is extremely classy and cozy. The open kitchen allows guests to watch the kitchen team artistically prepare the courses.
Fortyone fine food supperclub this name stands for one of the most exciting culinary experiences in the city. What the highly talented cooking duo Sascha and Thomas Mosbach conjure up is hard to beat in terms of creativity and at the same time it simply TASTES! I have experienced so many times that haute cuisine wanted to be innovative at all costs, but was artfully cooked past the guest 's palate: the main thing is foam from the bed napped on... , we know that. At fortyone, I saw even “simple” products such as a celery root “light up” and tasted it in a way that can hardly be described. It is a mixture of total love and connection to nature and its fruits and at the same time a cheerful, cheeky thirst for adventure that seems to drive the two newcomers. What they trigger in their guests: Bliss, fireworks, enjoyment and more enjoyment! I 'm already looking forward to her next and every subsequent menu!
