We ordered a goose with supplements in Corona times naturally for domestic consumption. The goose should be enough for 6 people. Unfortunately, this only happened for the supplements that were very plentiful. The goose and sauce only lasted for 4 (as many were we). There was enough of the red cabbage, the marons and the monasteries. The goose was excellent, the red cabbage sensational, the marons and the sauce were also very delicious. Only the monasteries tasted “satisfactory”. What we missed was a brief guide on the topic: the monasteries have to go back to hot water, how long or finished. But since everything was almost hot, we only heated the goose for 15 minutes, and the sauce was enough. The quality of the goose is definitely recommended!

Normally, I knew the ABS only from times when the localities have long since closed. This time we were here for dinner for the first time and were very surprised! A very friendly service, sufficient space and above all a card with creative dishes. No 08/15 dishes but often something rather unusual. Well, that we finally decided for a burger was our appetite this evening itself. But even the burger was very beautifully dressed and served and there was also a matching strong beer at the price of the beer. Here we will certainly come back more often for food and not only from 2 o'clock to the Kölsch and the Disko...
