If they are willing to eat good quality Argentinian meat, then I would definitely recommend casona argentina. the restaurant is located outside of köln, but it is worth taking a taxi to get to porz. make sure that they reserve a table in advance, as the waiting queue can be long. during summer season they can also sit on the beautiful terrace.
