Omg!!! I have never seen a worst service in Cologne before, what was that. When we arrived at the restaurant, they were suddenly complaining that we did not have a test result, even though it was a restriction rule, meaning that you only need...a vaccination certificate to enter. In the end, the waiter was just misinformed and we could enter the restaurant. After ordering a starter and a main dish, we got all the dishes at the same time because the waiter forgot to tell the kitchen that we wanted to wait between the first and second dish (isn’t that obvious On top of that, suddenly you could not pay the bill with cards and only cash was allowed. So we had to go out to look for a ATM machine in order to withdraw money. We will never go back, that’s for sure!!! Not worth a visit, I guess there are better Italian restaurants in the city.
