Yes, it sounds a little crazy, not. it was also a first for us. we went for a meal (admittedly with a large group of 13) but it was at 1 hour from the moment when we set ourselves to get some broth. another hour to receive our starters. 30 minutes later (now 10:30 a.m.) we decided that we could no longer wait for our food. what had come out was not all there, was wrong and tasted like any tapas I've ever tried. at this point the thing has changed strangely. we tried to cancel the rest of the food, as it was late and eat in our evening. the people have no more hunger. at this point we were told that this is coming, we said that if it were, we would not pay. at this point the manager was very angry, and said that we had to pay for everything that came out, even if we didn't eat it. not a concept we could understand. we asked about the bill and when it came, we deleted the objects that have never arrived with a pencil and collected the rest of the bill between the group. I was the first to stand up and try to go. my friend had given the bill to the waiter, to what we had eaten. when I went to leave the manager, did not leave me and locked the doors of the restaurant (effectively kidnapped us) he cried to his employees in German (which I feared none of us could understand) surely the bizarre restaurant experience that I had everywhere on the world. Finally, after we explained the best, we could only pay for what we ate, that he let us go. To be honest, I don't think we'll be back soon!
If I would mark this 0. we stumbled over this restaurant, waited 2 hours before eating was served, after all our tapas came, but we still missed some dishes. eating was stodgy and not particularly pleasant, quite fat and did not taste especially...we complained several times to waitress and after the first hour and half an hour we asked to speak with the manager. who was incredibly rude, spoke to his own personal and would simply not listen or compromise about our points about the service. it was not compromised so that we cancelled most of our main things instead (which had not arrived after a waiting period of over 2 hours in total). we informed the manager that we would not pay for the food that had not yet arrived. to whom he argued that we would have been bizarre in itself, why would we pay for food that we did not even eat. about 40mins later some of the main dishes (which we had not canceled) the paella was possible, the worst I tasted stuck at the bottom of the pan. the flesh in it was terrible looking and the seafood was not fresh. when our group stood up to leave the manager, actually went and locked the doors of the restaurant, threatened us with the police, that is something I have never experienced and was intimidating and really terrible after such a bad meal. the waitress was also clearly disturbed by his way and wisely, we continued to let her know that it was not her fault, despite his terrible tons. he went on to count the money we had left (we paid at the end for all tapas, but not the 2 netzens who had come when they arrived over 2 hours late and were terrible, please note them, but this point we were one of about 3 other groups in the restaurant, so it was not as if they were busy. the manager then decided that he was happy to let us go after counting the geldes and then say further, thank you for each of us in a mocking, childish ton, as we really bizarre and intimidating, but we were so glad to leave. it was a terrible end of the night. I very suggest that they do not visit this restaurant and hope that the waitress are looking for alternative employment!
Since this Spanish restaurant was very close to the hotel conti, where we lived, it was just a question of time in our 5 nights in carol that we visit here and what a great sound. a beautiful white washed interieur with cool. Metal decoration and furniture and many sitting opportunities distributed over this place, it is really a fantastic place to enjoy a beautiful meal or a drink. we were here on a Friday night, as we had just eaten, we were only here for drinks, we got a table and a very pleasant member of the staff took our order of a few beers and we decided that most German beers and a beer widely used throughout the celiacs: gaffel cereal and these delicious beers were served in spirit and glitzy restaurant and we have served this great restaurant. I really enjoy the beeping, it is a light and hoppy bee and very easy to drink. we really enjoyed our beers here, we were here for another beer before we continued and for the first time we visited very impressed by the great restaurant. los flamencos is easy to find, from the subway or tram stop rudolfplatz to foot to aachener road and on the Brabanter road they were cut this restaurant. opening hours are: Monday to Friday, 5 o'clock until midnight. Saturday, yesterday until midnight. Sunday, 5 o'clock until midnight. a great restaurant and a bar and a good view.
I went to Los Flamencos and paid for the bill and left a tip. But then we decided to order another round afterwards. When the time came for the second bill, they charged us for everything since the beginning. Surprised, I explained to them I...had already paid the first bill, but they refused to believe me (even after I told them the exact amount of the first bill, how much cash I gave and how much change I got back very explicitly, etc). They simply refused to listen and forced me to pay it again. Extremely disappointed.
