McDonald's - Köln

One member of staff dissapear when seeing me with wallet as his break started, no one replaced him. Huge queue and when I asked one lady who was standing and doing nothing to sell me just one milkshake she said she cannot do it. What kind of customer service you have there?!

Luckily I got staff who is speaking English language.overall service was excellent....brugger was excellent....nugget's was so tasty....I also had a take way since it is hard for to take German food.....its like water available in cheep rate in the desert.......

Could get a veggie burger ............ very Indian taste.... lots of add ons.... Being vegetarians.... its was almost a treat for kids.... and best part is we parents were relieved from kid's pressure to eat one.... although I hate junk food. No other Mcdonald serve veg burger here in most of the outlets... It's just next to Dom...

Everything's okay. The staff is always friendly. But what I have to do is that the big pommes are never big. The packaging is filled with a maximum of two thirds. And that's almost always the case. You should just change this and fill it in a reasonable way.

We had a really nice operation that got super fun, and the kids were totally happy. Thank you (you are not so used to McDonald's)
