Turista Sud - Köln

I went here with some locals who liked the food and I have to agree that everything I tasted was delicious. I had 3 tapas, gambas a la plancha (tiger prawns) deliciously cooked and well seasoned, the lamb skewers and dates wrapped in bacon. That was enough to fill me up with some bread olives. With 3 drinks it came to €20 so good value (3 Tapas for €12). A couple of smallpoints that could be improved would be the speed of the drinks service and perhaps making the seats more comfi but these are minor points that didn't affect my enjoyment of the food. Note that parking here can be rather tricky! All in all a nice area, good rustic ambience and delicious food!

Very nice tapas. Quick and nice service. I especially liked the spicy gambas and the meat with mushrooms and Roquefort.

Ich wohne schon seit mehreren Jahren in der Südstadt. Habe heute das erste mal Il turista Süd ausprobiert. Die Tapas waren wirklich lecker und auch besser als in anderen Tapasbars in der Südstadt. Der Service war auch gut.

Ingredientes de saldo, pésima calidad, todo chorreaba aceite barato y fritos en aceite muy usado. El precio descompensado por semejante bazofia. Un servicio desmotivado que luego he podido saber que el jefe marroquí trata bastante mal al personal chicos/as que llegan de España en busca de un empleo digno. Se nos acercó el jefe a la mesa para hacer chistes de pésimo gusto que además dejaban bastante mal a las mujeres. Un horror!
